The journey to lead a healthy life for me and my husband begun after few years of married life. When we were expecting our little bundle of joy, I started reading and understanding more about how we can give a healthy start to our little one that can support in having a good health for life. On this journey I started incorporating goodness of variety of traditional Indian grains, pulses and millets in our family diet. In this phase, I also volunteered to support new moms in their breastfeeding and solids introduction journey. And from both these aspects of my motherhood journey, was the idea of Healthy Belly formed in early 2018.
